by Puthyrak Kang
September 14, 2009

I still remember that the first time when I dreamed to have my personal web site with little knowledge in programming and Web technology. I knew very basic HTML. I came through a lot of try-and-error approach, and finally I was able to set up my first web site for publishing my picture. It was cool:)

If you are in the same situation as I was, this tutorial can help you by providing a simple step-by-step hint to create a web site from scratch.

Hints

Step 1: create a domain name

Step 2: find a host server to register your domain

Step 3: test your web site

Step 4: keep rolling
